Our Standard delivery range supports the Greater Tampa Bay ranging from Ocala to Ft. Meyers and as far west as Orlando area

RECIEVING SERVICES

LEVEL 1

Considered a budget friendly alternative and ideal for infrequent usage.

Exterior Packaging only: $20 up to 5 items. $10 for each additional item.

LEVEL 2

Your ‘White Glove’ recieving & Exterior carton inspection. Includes full exterior carton inspection for freight damage. If damage is suspected, open for product inspection, re-wrap / package as needed. Pictures with notification provided for disposition. Minor repairs provided if suggested and approved: $15/item.

Damage documentation/return: Processing&RMA: Orginal packing material used. Replacement packing material extra & quoted as required. $20/item plus $50 pick up fee.

Note: level 2 product recieving & associated labor is included in dedicated lease space tenants.

WAREHOUSING

DEDICATED WAREHOUSE SPACE :

Designated area specific for warehousing your product. Space may flex within 50sq. feet not to exceed longer than 30 days without evaluation for cost increase or decrease. Lease includes oversight of all inventory & management of recieving of product.

Note: level 2 product recieving and associated labor is included in dedicated lease space tenants.

150sq.ft (10x15)=$500/month +tax

500 sq.ft (20x25)=$2500/month +tax

1000-1500 sq.ft (32x32>50) =$4500/month+tax

>1500sq.ft=$5/sqft + tax

WAREHOUSE STORAGE (NON TENANT)

Per Item/day: monthly minimum $50+tax non prorate begining 2nd each month. Same item storage exceeding 6 months will be subject to additional $5/day.

Per Item: up to 3 ctf (lamps, accessories, non-furnitue smaller items) = $4/week

Per Item: Furniture up to 300lbs = $10/week

Per Item: Furniture exceeding 300lbs = $15/week

Customer refusal/restock = $25+applicable delivery fees.

DELIVERY SERVICES

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE:

Delivery rates include up to 3 men. additional personnel charge $100/pp per delivery stop. Includes scheduling with client on your behalf. Delivery raes include milage within 35 miles of the warehouse. Additional mileage / fuel charges = $1.80/mile after the first 35 miles. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduling will be subject to full charge.

Standard Delivery=$180/one item. $15ea. for each additional item.

Sleepers& Double Recliner units add $50/unit

Assembly=$25 for first 2 items. $25 for ea. additional piece

Additional charges will apply for stair/walkup deliveries beyond 2 stories. Quote required.

Note: carton only delivery/drop off may be subject to discount - request quote.

PROCUREMENT:

All warehouse pick ups must be scheduled with a 24 hour notice minimum. Pick up hours are M-F 7am-2pm

Rate: $50 up to 6 pieces + $10 ea. additional piece. Assembly=$25 for first 2 items. $25 for ea. additional piece.

FURNITURE REMOVAL/DISPOSAL:

Must be scheduled in advance, preferably at time of scheduling delivery. $120 first item plus $20 ea. additional item. Exclude mattresses and Pet soiled Items. Items will be subject to refusal if deemed outside of perimeters.
